In a recent interview Pav said ‘I know patients are nervous when they come to see me. And cost is often a concern.  I started placing implants after my grandfather in his later years asked me if I could give him fixed teeth.  When I said I didn’t know how he looked upset. All he wanted was to eat his favourite foods. Every person I look after is in his memory.  That’s also why I’m not interested in being the cheapest. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re wasting your time coming to see me. My patients pay above average fees and that lets me deliver care to the very best of my capability.  I want to help people as much as I can which is why I’ve studied so hard.  I won’t start treatment without telling you the fee, so no surprises there, either.  Seeing people enjoy food again or replace that broken tooth with something fixed in place is professionally extremely satisfying!’
